Tried this on a few computers - very easy to install and use. Works reliably too. The multi-language feature is useful.

Recommended.

The reason why I installed Zoiper was it's ability to send faxes. Very convenient, comparing to t38modem + eFax solution I tried to use before. But, sadly, both of them failed to establish a T.38 connection to Asterisk, though Zoiper was one step closer - in SDP debug log I could see, at least, T.38-related headers. But no idea, why it couldn't connect.
Exact error is:
ERROR[9809]: res_fax.c:696 generic_fax_exec: channel 'SIP/2379-00000016' is in an unsupported T.38 negotiation state, cannot continue.
Here 2379 is a peer where Zoiper is registered.

THE PROBLEM IS THAT I USING UBUNTU, THAT MEANS THAT A .EXE DOCMENT DONT WORK.
IF YOU HAVE FUTHER INSTRUCTION TO USE ZOIPER IN ANY LINUX PLATFORM IT WIL BE WELKOM.

This is a nice softphone that is functional but doesn't take up all the desktop. It had NO issues starting up and registering my line (tested with Phone.com). -Wess

It is possible to automate faxing zoiper?
Let me explain, you can leave a file in a series of faxes and that will put the zoiper without user intervention?.
It is possible to connect with zoiper any DLL using Visual Basic?

Good but problems with USB Phone

This works well, and I like the option to have two SIP registrations active at once.

The one problem I am having is that I can't get it to work with a USB phone that I have. It selects it ok, but no sound and the microphone doesn't work either. The USB phone works fine with Skype.

Hello I found it great program but I'm not able to use it it was showing message service not available. I wanted to know that it's like icall program? Or we should have telephone line to use this program.

Zopier in our test implementation

Very easy to install both in Windows and Linux. Easy to hook up with our IAX. We have not had time to test all features but we were running after 15 minutes....Good work guys!

Linux version confusion

I downloaded the softphone and it appeared as a .exe file which my system LINUX PUPPY 4.01 did not recognise.It seemed like a windows file and as such was no use.
Some explanation would be useful as would be a version e,g tar.gz linux. I have had no trouble downloading X-Lite and SJphone softphones however they do not incorporate the G729 codec which I would like as I do not have access to broadband. I assume that your softphone has the codec in the linux version.

Perfect SIP phone for your USB stick

I downloaded and installed the application on my USB stick and it works great through VPN with my Asterisk server at home. Therefore I can strongly recomend the application.

The only caviat I see is the missing "voicemail notification" in the free version. If this feature would be included inthe free version, I would give the ratin excellent. Without this feature, having in mind the portability of the application, it is a "very good" tool.

Use with Asterisk

I had been using the X-Ten soft phone with my Asterisk server, but I was getting choppy sound so I decided to look for an other soft phone. (My Linksys ATA worked fine)
I thought this product might resolve my choppy sound problem, but unfortunate it did not resolve my problem either in SIP or AIX mode.

I like some of the features though, having multipull sip or AIX accounts is very handy.

It is not friendly used as adore softphone.

I downloaded and tried to use zoiper softphone but very complicated to use and deleted, I downloaded adoresoftphone and it worked for me fine and freindly, hope you will develope zoiper softophone for better and best.
